  • 10 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground

  1. Wash the curly kale leaves thoroughly and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Remove the outer leaves of the green cabbage and shred it finely.
  3. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and slice them thinly.

  5. Core the red apple and dice it into small cubes.
