  • 100 g broccoli florets fresh
  • 150 g potato peeled diced

  • 10 g all purpose flour
  • 150 ml whole milk
  • 30 g grated cheddar cheese

  • 30 g onion diced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground

  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 Fahrenheit).
  2. Boil diced potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes, then drain.
  3. Steam broccoli florets until just tender, about 5 minutes, then set aside.
