- 150 g ground beef (lean)
- 50 ml clementine juice fresh
- 1 teaspoon clementine zest fresh
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce low sodium
- 1 tablespoon honey pure
- 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pinch black pepper ground
- 1 pinch salt fine
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

- In a small bowl, combine fresh clementine juice, clementine zest, soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic clove. Stir well to create the glaze.
- Heat extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add ground beef (lean) to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- Season the beef with a pinch of fine salt and ground black pepper while cooking.
- For the prepared clementine glaze over the cooked beef in the skillet.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer the beef with the glaze for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the glaze thickens and coats the beef.
