  • 200 g potato boiled peeled
  • 50 g cooked ham diced
  • 50 g cucumber peeled diced
  • 50 g tomato diced
  • 20 g red onion finely chopped
  • 30 g mayonnaise
  • 10 ml whole milk
  • 5 ml white wine vinegar
  • 5 ml mustard Dijon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground
  • 5 g fresh parsley chopped

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain the potatoes and let them cool completely, then peel and cut into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Dice the cooked ham into small pieces.
  4. Peel and dice the cucumber into small cubes.
  5. Dice the tomato into small pieces, removing seeds if desired.
  6. Finely chop the red onion.
  7. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, whole milk, white wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard to make the dressing.
  8. Add a pinch of salt and ground black pepper to the dressing and mix well.
  9. In a large bowl, combine the cooled potatoes, diced ham, cucumber, tomato, and red onion.
  10. For the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss to coat everything evenly.
  11. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top and mix lightly.
