- 150 g raw shrimp peeled deveined
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning blend
- 30 ml mayonnaise
- 10 ml lemon juice fresh
- 20 g romaine lettuce shredded
- 2 piece tomato slices
- 1 piece french baguette roll
- 10 g unsalted butter
- 15 ml vegetable oil
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

Instructions
- Rinse raw shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with cajun seasoning blend until evenly coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add minced garlic clove to the skillet and saute for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
- Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
- Slice french baguette roll lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
- Spread unsalted butter evenly on the inside of the baguette and toast it in a clean skillet until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with fresh lemon juice to make a tangy sauce.
- Spread the lemon mayo sauce evenly on both sides of the toasted baguette.
- Layer shredded romaine lettuce and tomato slices inside the baguette.
- Place cooked cajun shrimp on top of the vegetables inside the sandwich.
- Season with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper to taste.
- Close the sandwich and press gently to hold all ingredients together.
- Cut sandwich in half if desired and serve immediately.
