  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 Fahrenheit).
  2. Line a muffin tin with one muffin paper liner.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine all purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir to mix evenly.
