- 120 g skinless salmon fillet
- 60 g cherry tomatoes halved
- 50 g cucumber sliced
- 20 g red onion thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 0.5 teaspoon honey
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

- Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Season the skinless salmon fillet with salt and ground black pepper on both sides.
- Place the salmon fillet in the hot skillet and cook for 4 minutes on one side without moving it.
- Flip the salmon fillet carefully and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until cooked through and slightly golden.
- Remove the salmon from the skillet and let it rest for 2 minutes.

- Flake the cooked salmon into large chunks and add to the salad bowl.
