- 150 g white fish fillet skinless
- 50 g cooked shrimp peeled
- 10 g unsalted butter
- 1 piece gelatin sheet
- 50 ml whole milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

Instructions
- Soak gelatin sheet in cold water for 5 minutes until soft.
- Cut white fish fillet into small pieces and place in a blender.
- Add cooked shrimp, unsalted butter, lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and black pepper to the blender.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Heat whole milk in a small saucepan until warm but not boiling.
- Remove gelatin sheet from water, squeeze out excess water, and stir into warm milk until fully dissolved.
- Slowly add the milk and gelatin mixture to the blender and blend again to combine.
- For the mixture into a small terrine mold or loaf pan lined with plastic wrap for easy removal.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set firmly.
- To serve, unmold the terrine onto a plate and slice carefully.
