- 50 g all-purpose flour
- 25 g unsalted butter cold diced
- 15 ml ice cold water
- 40 g canned artichoke hearts drained chopped
- 50 g cooked crab meat picked
- 30 g cream cheese softened
- 10 g mayonnaise
- 5 ml lemon juice fresh
- 0.5 piece garlic clove minced
- 2 g fresh parsley chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit).
- In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour and cold diced unsalted butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add ice cold water gradually and mix until dough forms a ball.
- Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Roll out dough on floured surface to about 3 mm thickness.
- Cut dough into small circles to fit mini tart pans and press into pans.
- In a bowl, combine chopped canned artichoke hearts, cooked crab meat, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic clove, chopped fresh parsley, salt, and ground black pepper.
- Mix filling ingredients well until combined.
- Spoon filling evenly into prepared tart shells.
- Bake tarts in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until crust is golden and filling is set.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
