  • 25 g dark chocolate chips
  • 15 g shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract pure

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit).
  2. Line a small baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, shredded unsweetened coconut, chopped unsalted almonds, and a pinch of fine salt.
  4. In a small saucepan over low heat, warm almond butter unsweetened and raw honey until smooth and combined.
  5. Remove the almond butter and honey mixture from heat and stir in pure vanilla extract.
  6. For the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until all are evenly coated.
  7. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan and press firmly to create an even layer.
