- 80 g cucumber peeled and sliced
- 50 g green bell pepper sliced
- 30 g red onion thinly sliced
- 20 g kalamata olives pitted
- 50 g feta cheese crumbled
- 15 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 10 ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground
